Blade & Soul Revolution : why not gainning exp

If your Stamina is 120 (high) you can get extra exp +300% , silver +100% and item drop rate +50%.
If your Stamina is at 0 (Low), then you won't be able to earn any XP, Silver, or Item from defeating enemies.
